Data We Collect on the Website

  • Account Information: Full name, email, password (bcrypt encrypted, unreadable by us), or Google login info (name, email, profile picture).
  • Order Information: Product, plan, amount, bank transaction code, issued license key.
  • Contact data you submit via forms.

Data from Desktop Software (AI Remaster Studio)

During activation and periodic license checks, the software sends the following to the license server license.aiappviet.com (via HTTPS):

  • License key;
  • Machine ID (SHA-256 hashed) – the original Windows identifier never leaves your machine;
  • Computer name (the name displayed in Windows) so you can identify activated machines;
  • Application version (and technical "User-Agent" browser info including app name + version), connection IP address.

The software does not upload audio files, videos, subtitles, or any content you process – all processing takes place on your computer. On the first run, the software downloads libraries (PyTorch, Demucs model) from public sources (PyPI, PyTorch); these sources may log IP addresses according to their own policies.

Purpose

Processing orders, issuing and verifying licenses (to prevent one key from being used on multiple machines), customer support, and sending product-related notifications.

Storage

  • Account, order, and license data are stored as long as the account is active and as required for accounting/legal purposes.
  • Technical logs of the license server (API access logs, operation logs) are automatically deleted after approximately 24 hours.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share with payment partners (SePay/banks) to the extent necessary to confirm transactions, and with email providers to send order notifications.

The website uses session and security (CSRF) cookies.

Your Rights

You can request to view, edit, or delete your data (including deactivating machines) via the contact page or email ngothuanthuan@gmail.com.

Website data: account details (name, email, bcrypt-hashed password or Google sign-in name/email/avatar), order details (product, plan, amount, bank transaction reference, issued license key) and messages sent through the contact form.

Desktop app (AI Remaster Studio): on activation and periodic license checks the app sends to license.aiappviet.com over HTTPS: the license key, a SHA-256-hashed machine ID (the raw Windows identifier never leaves the device), the computer name, the app version (also in the User-Agent) and the connection's IP address. No audio, video, subtitle or other user content is uploaded – all processing happens locally. On first run the app downloads libraries (PyTorch, Demucs model) from public sources (PyPI/PyTorch).

Purpose: processing orders, issuing and verifying licenses, customer support and order notifications. Retention: account/order/license data is kept while the account is active and as required by law; license-server technical logs are deleted automatically after about 24 hours. Sharing: we never sell personal data; we share only what is necessary with the payment partner (SePay/bank) and the email provider. Cookies: session and CSRF cookies only. Your rights: request access, correction or deletion (including machine deactivation) at ngothuanthuan@gmail.com.
