Refund Conditions

  • The software does not work on a machine that meets the minimum configuration (listed on the product page) and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 days of your error report.
  • Duplicate payments or incorrect payment amounts.
  • Payment completed but no key received, and we are unable to provide a replacement key.

Not Applicable

  • Licenses that have been activated and are functioning normally.
  • Change of mind after receiving the key/download link.
  • Machines that do not meet the published minimum configuration.

Process

  1. Send a request via the contact page or email ngothuanthuan@gmail.com with your order code (e.g., SDG123456) and a description of the error.
  2. We will respond within 1–3 business days.
  3. Upon refund, the order's license will be revoked; funds will be transferred back to the original bank account within 3–7 business days.
