1. Scope

These terms apply to all users of the sydigi.com (SDG) website and the software and API services provided by Ngô Thuần (Copax).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Each account is for a single individual/organization.

3. Software Copyright

  • License keys are issued to the buyer for use on the number of machines specified in the plan (default is 1 machine). They are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly.
  • Term-based plans (e.g., 1 Year) expire at the end of the term; Perpetual plans do not expire for the purchased version.
  • Do not reverse engineer, crack, or redistribute the software without prior consent.
  • Violations may lead to license revocation without a refund.

4. API Services

Comply with the usage limits (rate limit, credits) of each plan. Do not use the API to create content that violates Vietnamese law.

5. Payment & Delivery

Payments via bank transfer (VietQR) are automatically confirmed. License keys are generated automatically and displayed in your account, as well as sent via email. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the specified time.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the usage rights of the audio, image, and video files you input into the software. The software processes data locally on your machine and does not collect that content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is"; we strive to provide support but are not responsible for indirect damages.

  3. Software license: each license key is issued to the buyer for the number of computers in the plan (1 by default); it is non-transferable and must not be shared. Term plans (e.g. 1 Year) stop working when they expire; perpetual plans do not expire. Reverse engineering, cracking or redistribution is prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.
  4. API services: respect each plan's rate limits and credits; no unlawful content.
  5. Payment & delivery: bank transfer (VietQR) confirmed automatically; the key is generated automatically, shown in your account and emailed. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
  6. User content: you are responsible for rights to the media you process; the software processes it locally and does not collect it.
  7. Liability: products are provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages.
